PWC Property Solutions, L.L.C. is a full service commercial real estate property management company. Headquartered in Green Tree, Pennsylvania, and with a branch office in Cranberry, we are able to service the Greater Pittsburgh Area and southwestern Pennsylvania.
Our current management portfolio currently consists of about one million square feet. Under the experienced direction of its management team, PWC has expanded its commercial real estate property management services throughout Greater Pittsburgh Region to include shopping centers, office complexes, and medical buildings.

Our History
PWC Property Solutions began in 2006 when two property managers combined their knowledge and experience to aid new building owners in maximizing their properties' value. 1989 - Chuck DiLoreto becomes property manager for Parkway Center Office Complex owned by the Rubenstein Company
1992 - Nicole Steigerwald joins the Parkway Center Team
2000 - Chuck and Nicole prepare Parkway Center for office complex sale
2006 - Three of the Parkway Center buildings are sold to independent owners. Chuck and Nicole form PWC Property Solutions, L.L.C. to fulfill the need for new management
2007 - PWC Property Solutions adds additional properties and employees
2008 - Chris Andreyo joins the property management team. An additional 560,000 sq ft of property and an additional 5 employees are added to the portfolio
2009 - Services are expended to TIC real estate, medical office, and retail management. New property manager, Jackie Kelley, is added to our staff
