Charles DiLoreto, Principal
Mr. DiLoreto has overseen innovative and award-winning developments involving more than $500 million in tenant improvements and capital improvements. He managed a ten-building, 900,000 square foot property prior to the formation of this firm. He has helped three buildings achieve the coveted Energy Star Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Energy.
