Ms. Steigerwald oversees daily company operations, as well as, property management and leasing. A deep understanding of tenant relations, tenant improvements and vendor contracts comes easily with her experience and knowledge. Sixteen years of property management experience are supplemented with an associate degree in law and a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker's License.
